Physical Products (Oracle Cards, Books, Colouring Books etc.)
If you purchase a physical product from us, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To request a return, please contact:
You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
Returned items must be:
- unused
• in their original condition
• in original packaging where possible
Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photographs of the damage.
You will be offered either:

Events, Workshops or Courses
If you purchase a place on a workshop or course:
